Rebooking and Cancellation Policy: 
Rebooking is ONLY allowed once.
Rebooking must be made within 7 days prior to the date of arrival.

For booking made the same day of cancellation resort to refund 100% payment.

Cancellation received 7 days prior to the date of arrival will get a 100% refund.
Cancellation received 72 hours prior to arrival date will get a 50% refund. 
Cancellation received within 48 hours prior to arrival date will be charged for the entire duration of stay.

Failure to check- in at the resort will be treated as No-show and will incur a charge that is equivalent to the whole duration of the accommodation booked.

Do we need to trek going to the resort?

The resort is located along the highway. Pools and cottages are adjacent to the villa house. Hiking is needed to access the Bali area for Instagram moments and from  the river to waterfalls area.

Yes.  We serve rice toppings at a very affordable price.   Boodle fights are also available for groups but need to advise us in advance for preparation.

Elders will most likely love the natural ambience of the resort by staying in the cottages. However, we don’t recommend trekking for them, especially if they have high blood pressure and other ailments.

Yes. We welcome pets to the resort for day tour only. We don’t allow pets in room for the benefit of other overnight guests.
